This does not sound modest at all, sorry about that !
But at the end of 2017, The 163 clients just through booking.com we had during the year gave us an average on 9.8/10

Yes, it sounds terrible, sofa are made to watch tv but rarely to sleep well.
Our sofa come either from Denmark (Innovation Living) and are quality bed before being a sofa, or Ikea and we put an extra quality mattress on it to be as comfortable as a quality bed.

On the bottom of the home page you can see guests comments. They come from bookings we have from booking.com, which the only web site where you can leave a comment where you actually stayed in the apartment.
