The house is 130 square meters within a private land of 2 560 square meters just for you (the total land is around 4300 square meters)

The house has two bedrooms so we allow a maximum of six people in the house

2 air condition system: Haier 3Kw  (in each bedroom )

1 additional heating system in the living room : operative from november to March

Tv equipment:  49” screen in the living room and 32”  in the kitchen, Apple tv last generation
